Symptoms


When attempting to run insert into Oracle Release 12.1.0.2.1 Database, following error occurs:

ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P002, instance som-racload03a.humedica.net:dbload03a (1)
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kdblldrp_head_slot], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
