UCM Search Not Working in SES : Exception Occurred During QueryFilterPlugin Creation (Doc ID 1981758.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to search a UCM data source in the SES UI, no results are returned.
And the following error occurs:


Note: the customer is able to search document with NO ACL in authorization tab of content server crawler.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Configured SES with UCM following the note :
  - Configuring SES to Integrate with 11g Webcenter Content (Doc ID 1495713.1)


2. Configured IDM as per :
  - How To Configure SES Search To Allow UCM Users To Query Their Private Content (Doc ID 1642298.1)

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot search the UCM data source.
