ODA: Out of Storage Space Issue Causes CRS to Not Start Preventing Patching or Upgrade (Doc ID 1981762.1)

The ODA patch application failed by running the following command as per readme of patch 17630367:

/opt/oracle/oak/bin/oakcli update -patch 2.8.0.0.0 --infra

Further investigation confirmed that CRS was not running on one of the nodes.

CRS would not to start preventing the upgrade of the ODA with messages similar to "...Failed To Start Clusterware On One Or More Nodes..."
