ORA-04031 with Allocation Comment "kglsim per-gran bkt" (Doc ID 1982979.1)

Instance startup with granule size equal to 4194304 bytes fails with error ORA-04031:

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4795232 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","sga heap(2,0)","kglsim per-gran bkt")


Alert log shows following parameters:

sga_max_size             = 64G  
 _ksmg_granule_size       = 4194304

Trace file for the error ORA-04031 shows stack trace as:

 kgesec5 <- kghnospc <- kghalp <- kglsim_sga_init <- kqlnfy <- kscnfy <- ksmcsg
