- Using 11.0.1 Oracle Database after having no issues for a long period of time, Started getting an error when trying to create any object package, procedure, etc. This occurs even for trivial objects such as "create view testview as select 1 from dual;'. The error is as follows:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-06550: line 86, column 24:
PLS-00201: identifier 'M_STLT' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 86, column 6:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
