ORA-600 [qctchr : bfl] and Invalid XDB Objects (Doc ID 1983727.1)

Many XDB Objects are invalid and cannot be compiled, e.g.:

SQL> alter view DBA_XML_SCHEMAS compile;
alter view DBA_XML_SCHEMAS compile
ERROR in line 1:
ORA-00600: Internal error code, arguments: [qctchr : bfl], [120], [30], [1], [31], [1], [0], [], [], [], [], []

Also, an error like below may be reported:

ORA-04098: trigger <SCHEMA>.<TRIGGER_NAME> is invalid and failed revalidation.

The trace file for the ORA-600 shows a call stack with functions like:

The XDB tablespace was dropped.
