Symptoms
Running the upgrade with ./mammoth -p, intermittently raises for Node 3: ERROR: Some puppet agents are not reachable, like:
ERROR: Some puppet agents are not reachable
ERROR: Puppet agent on node <HOSTNAME3> is not reachable
ERROR: Cannot continue with install #Step 5#
INFO: Time spent in step 5 InstallHadoop is 2101 seconds.
INFO: Running bdadiagcluster...
INFO: Couldera Manager service is down. Skipping running dumpcluster
INFO: Starting Big Data Appliance diagnose cluster at Mon Feb 23 16:16:42 2015
