BDA V4.1 install of multirack cluster fails at Step 9 with message "Command exceeded timeout".  

The error looks like:

Error [49953]: (//<HOSTNAME2>.<DOMAIN>//Stage[main]/Hadoop::Installpkg2/Exec[setup_scm_params]/returns) change from notrun to 0 failed: Command exceeded timeout
ERROR: Puppet script had errors.
ERROR: unable to continue with install until errors are fixed #Step 9#
INFO: Time spent in step 9 InstallHadoop is 1531 seconds.
INFO: Running bdadiagcluster...
INFO: /opt/oracle/bda/install/state/config.json not found. Run Mammoth first.
