Symptoms

VIP check fails after a VIP failover or VIP relocation with the following error recorded in <Grid home>\log\<node>\agent\crsd\orarootagent\orarootagent.log:

[ora.oracle.vip] [check] (null) category: -1, operation: GetAdaptersInfo, loc: getipifdetls, OS error: 111, other:
[    AGFW] ora.oracle.vip 1 1 state changed from: ONLINE to: UNKNOWN

 The status of the VIP resource will change to "UNKNOWN".
