Symptoms

In a database using EBR (Edition-based redefinition) executing any of the commands:
- DROP USER CASCADE
- DROP EDITION
- DROP of other object types

fails with:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kqllod:no stub for dependency parent], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

The call stack in the trace file written by the ORA-600 error includes the following functions:

kqllod kglobld kglobpn kglpim kglpin kokt_gtyp koktgdptt

 

Changes

 The fix for <Bug 16939612> - DROPPING EDITION RESULTS IN ORA-600 [KQLLOD:NO STUB FOR DEPENDENCY PARENT] was already installed and did not prevent the error from occurring.
