Symptoms
Next error is reported in alert log and trace file:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [pfrdef1_get_tdo#145: pin failed], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
The call stack in the trace file shows functions like:
... pfrdef1_get_tdo pevm_MOVADT pfrinstr_MOVADT pfrrun_no_tool pfrrun plsql_run pricar pricbr prient2 prient kkxrpc kporpc opiodr ttcpip opitsk opiino opiodr ...
The error is seen while running PL/SQL application.
