Symptoms
While applying bundle patch to database home, opatch apply command fails with OUI-67074.
RDBMS instance and all services running out of ORACLE_HOME were shutdown before patching. Opatch log shows following message.
$ORACLE_HOME\cfgtoollogs\opatch\20126926_Feb_25_2015_07_19_28\apply2015-02-25_07-19-28AM_1.log
