Symptoms

The database alert log is showing  ORA-08103 following by ORA-7445 [qmtkGetColumnInfo_exp()+45]


ORA-08103: object no longer exists
Exception [type: SIGSEGV, Address not mapped to object] [ADDR:0x166] [PC:0x1FCB069, qmtkGetColumnInfo_exp()+45] [flags: 0x0, count: 1]
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qmtkGetColumnInfo_exp()+45] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x166] [PC:0x1FCB069] [Address not mapped to object] []
