How to recreate the controlfile to avoid the bugs below?
Bug 12538691 : CONTROL FILES KEEP ON EXPANDING OVER CONTROL_FILE_RECORD_KEEP_TIME
It's required to recreate the controlfile and changing the parameter CONTROL_FILE_RECORD_KEEP_TIME
Currently the record on the control file are not being reused.
