Symptoms
osdbagrp command may core dump in a cloned RDBMS HOME environment. And due to this srvctl command to add the database to the clusterware would fail with PRCR-1006 and PRCT-1011.
$ osdbagrp -a
Segmentation fault
$ srvctl add database -o <oracle_home> -d <dbname> -n <nodename> -c RAC -p '+data/<dbname>/spfile<dbname>.ora' -a DATA,FRA
PRCR-1006 : Failed to add resource ora.<dbname>.db for <host>
PRCT-1011 : Failed to run "osdbagrp". Detailed error: null
