While creating a new model using SQL interface, with a tablespace  name myts,

create table mymodel_tpl(triple sdo_rdf_triple_s) tablespace myts;
exec sem_apis.create_sem_model('mymodel', 'mymodel_tpl', 'triple', model_tablespace=>'myts');

To move an existing model to a different tablespace,

EXECUTE SEM_APIS.ALTER_MODEL('my_existing_model', 'MOVE', 'myts');
