Symptoms

12.1.0.2 Grid Infrastructure, gpnp_<pid>.log files are in <GI_HOME>/log/<node>/client instead of ADR:

$ cd <GI_HOME>/log/dblab01/client
$ ls
gpnp_10116.log gpnp_16800.log gpnp_21601.log gpnp_22161.log
gpnp_23017.log gpnp_31510.log gpnp_32095.log gpnp_5637.log gpnp_9517.log
gpnp_16660.log gpnp_17265.log gpnp_21740.log gpnp_22835.log
gpnp_23433.log gpnp_31637.log gpnp_5507.log gpnp_6094.log gpnp_9702.log

$ cat gpnp_10116.log
