In normal cases, when an ASM diskgroup is created and mounted, it is automatically registered in OCR. An entry ora.<DGNAME>.dg will show up in crsctl stat res -t output.
In some cases, if a diskgroup is accidentally removed from OCR, it is no longer showing up in "crsctl stat res -t" output, how to register the ASM diskgroup back to OCR?
Currently there is no srvctl add diskgroup command available.
In this case, register or modify a database resource with the dependency on the diskgroup will fail with error:
Even though the database RACDB is running and diskgroup +FRA is mounted and in use by the database.
