Inserting an empty value into a CLOB column using SQL *Loader fails with the NOT NULL constraint being violated in 12c but insert works on 11g.

The table that is inserted into has a LOB column and is defined like:

Note the the same is successful in 11g.


Upgraded the database to Oracle 12c
