Symptoms

On : 7.3 version, Crashes

NDB Data node fails at phase 5 and refuses to boot

When migrating away from a MySQL MCM cluster manager to the standard NDB MGM manager in production failed for some reason.

2015-03-06 19:34:42 [ndbd] ALERT -- Node 1: Forced node shutdown completed. Occured during startphase 5. Caused by error 2341: 'Internal program error (failed ndbrequire)(Internal error, programming error or missing error message, please report a bug). Temporary error, restart node'.
