Symptoms
Trace shows it was hanging on the sql:
SQL ID: 4614vts85mvng Plan Hash: 1105751612
SELECT * FROM LOGSTDBY_SUPPORT_TAB_11_2B;
Count(*) on the view LOGSTDBY_SUPPORT_TAB_11_2B runs faster , but select * gets 2-3 records every second
