Symptoms

DB instance logs (in pre 11.2.0.3 ) logs below message:
   
Mode of disk 0 (DATA01_0000) changing from 0x7 to 0x7
Mode of disk 1 (DATA01_0001) changing from 0x7 to 0x7
Mode of disk 2 (DATA01_0002) changing from 0x7 to 0x7
Mode of disk 3 (DATA01_0003) changing from 0x7 to 0x7
.

Those messages are being repeated in ASMB trace file and it is growing huge.
Note that the 'from' and 'to' value must be same to match for this issue.

Changes

 The customer recently upgrade the DB instance to 11.2.0.2.
