Is There a Way to Revert Back ASM Compatible Parameters? (Doc ID 2003725.1)

Goal

In Order to Install new 12c RAC database on which 11.2.0.4 production database was already running, compatible.asm has been changed from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2 and compatible.rdbms has been changed from 11.2.0.2 to 12.1.0.2.

After these changes ,production database (11.2.0.4) is not coming up.

Is there any Alternate/Hidden way to revert compatible.asm and compatible.rdbms parameters to original settings ?
