Symptoms

DataPump Import fails with the following error:

Processing object type SCHEMA_EXPORT/MATERIALIZED_VIEW
Processing object type SCHEMA_EXPORT/POST_SCHEMA/PROCOBJ
Processing object type SCHEMA_EXPORT/POST_SCHEMA/PROCACT_SCHEMA
ORA-39083: Object type PROCACT_SCHEMA failed to create with error:
ORA-06550: line 2, column 1288:
PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "AZIMUTH" when expecting one of the following:

  ) , * & = - + < / > at in is mod remainder not rem =>
   <> or != or ~= >= and or like like2
  like4 likec as between from using || multiset member
  submultiset
The symbol ", was inserted before "AZIMUTH" to continue.
ORA-06550: line 2, column 1342:
