Symptoms

 During GI startup, listeners failed to start with the following in the alert.log:

2015-04-14 11:59:37.466 [CRSD(3772)]CRS-2807:Resource 'ora.LISTENER.lsnr' failed to start automatically.

2015-04-14 11:59:37.470 [CRSD(3772)]CRS-2807:Resource 'ora.LISTENER_SCAN1.lsnr' failed to start automatically.
:
2015-04-14 11:59:37.471 [CRSD(3772)]CRS-2807:Resource 'ora.LISTENER_SCAN2.lsnr' failed to start automatically.
:
2015-04-14 11:59:37.472 [CRSD(3772)]CRS-2807:Resource 'ora.LISTENER_SCAN3.lsnr' failed to start automatically.

2015-04-14 11:59:37.475 [CRSD(3772)]CRS-2807:Resource 'ora.MGMTLSNR' failed to start automatically.
