Continue Handler Not Invoked In Stored Function or Trigger After Lock Wait Timeout, Deadlock, or Lock Structs Have Exhausted the Buffer Pool

After one of the following errors have occurred:
- Lock wait timeout
- Lock structs have exhausted the buffer pool
and a stored function or trigger is invoked in the same connection, then continue handlers in the function/trigger are ignored.
