Purpose
This note provides instructions on how to log Service Requests (SR) requesting configuration changes for Exadata Cloud Service on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Classic (OCI-C).
NOTE: This note does not apply to OCI Exadata Service or Cloud at Customer Exadata.

Customers with active Oracle Database Cloud Exadata Service subscription can request service configuration for the following items:
- Storage configuration
- IORM configuration
- Network access (including port Allowlisting)
- Cloud VPN provisioning (requires relevant Oracle Cloud VPN Service subscription)
