Using Ctx_query.result_set Gives Duplicate Rowid's in Different Pages (Doc ID 2008000.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Server 12.1.0.1 the result set for different pages returned by ctx_query.result_set contains duplicated rowid. The issue is striclty related to the presence of partitions: the issue does not reproduce with a global index.
