ORA-2266 when Dropping Parent Partition of a Reference Partitioned Table

You try to drop a partiton from the parent table of a partition-referenced child table and get an ORA-2266: unique/primary keys in table referenced by enabled foreign keys. The partition drop is successful if the partition is empty.
