SMF formatting program ORAFMTO on z/OS is not formatting data for record type 199 (Doc ID 2008968.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading "Oracle Database Gateway for DB2" (TG4DB2) from 10.1.0.3 to 10.2.0.3,
sample SMF formatting program ORAFMTO is not formatting SMF type 199 records, even though these SMF records have been collected.

ORAFMTO is a sample program provided with the gateway SMF interface to format gateway SMF records.
ORAFMTO is an Assembler program that reads and formats SMF accounting records with the default gateway type of 199.


Changes

Upgraded "Oracle Database Gateway for DB2" (TG4DB2) from 10.1.0.3 to 10.2.0.3.
