Symptoms

When attempting to install Secure Enterprise Search - OSES 11.2.2.2 with Weblogic 10.3.6.0.x (mode 3) on Windows 2008 R2 (64 bit),
the following errors happen when trying to set Index Optimization from the SES Admin screen.
