Unable to Access HDFS File Browser for Kerberos Enabled BDA Cluster (Doc ID 2013467.1)

Symptoms

Access to the HDFS file browser fails with following error:


java.io.IOException: Failed on local exception: java.io.IOException: Couldn't setup connection for hdfs/<HOSTNAME1>.<DOMAIN>@<REALM> to <HOSTNAME2>.<DOMAIN>/<PRIVATE_IP_ADDRESS>:8020; Host Details : local host is: "<HOSTNAME3>.<DOMAIN>/<IP_ADDRESS>"; destination host is: "<HOSTNAME2>.<DOMAIN>":8020; Reload root directory.
