ORA 600 [KGL-heap-size-exceeded] When Dropping SQL Baselines (Doc ID 2014061.1)

Symptoms

ORA-600 [KGL-heap-size-exceeded] is reported on a process whose KGL heap grew to 500M. The process in question is executing DBMS_SPM.DROP_SQL_PLAN_BASELINE.

A PGA_DETAIL_DUMP taken from this process shows that most of the PGA memory is of type 'kesqsClobToSqlCb:piece-1'.
