On Solaris DBCA Fails to Located the Diskgroup Even if it is Mounted ORA-15040

Symptoms
When attempting to create instance with DBCA
the following error occurs:
recovery manager fail to restore datafile. refer logs for details .
The following errors reported in DBCA trace logs event the diskgroup +DATA is mounted :
