IF: Resolving ORA-27072 , OSD-04008 and O/S-Error: (OS 33) On Windows Platforms (Doc ID 2016620.1)

Symptoms

The below Errors are encountered on a Windows machine:

ORA-27072: skgfdisp: I/O error
OSD-04008: WriteFile() failure, unable to write to file
O/S-Error: (OS 33) The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file

The error may or may not be reported along with other errors that are related to writing to any of the database files (Datafiles,Control files, Temp files and redo log file) and I/O errors.
