Cannot Create a Semantic Model with The Same Name of An Existing Model (Doc ID 2017107.1)

Symptoms

An error occurs when a user tries to create a new oracle semantic model using a name already used by another user.
For example if a user try to create a RDF model call “mymodel” and the name is already used then and error will occur
As RDF model can be used by different users, they should be able to create model without knowing the name of the models already created and used by other users.
