cluvfy fails for Time Zone Consistency And Umask checks as user has no default shell in passwd file

When attempting to execute the Cluster Verification Utility to verify the prerequisites for Grid Infrastructure installation, the checks for UMASK and TIMEZONE CONSISTENCY fail as seen below

Check default user file creation mask
