Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.4 version, RDBMS

When attempting to propagate messages to specific destinations following error occurs.

ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/.../.._j002_17468.trc:
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/.../..._j002_17468.trc:
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job "SYS"."AQ_JOB$_3384"
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_AQADM_SYS", line 8729
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_AQADM_SYS", line 9133

Messages from the same source queue are being propagated to other remote databases without error.

Changes

 Database was cloned as part of migration testing.
