Unable to Access Job History Logs for Running or Completed Jobs Due to Improper "/tmp/logs/" Settings (Doc ID 2021718.1)

Unable to view logs in JobHistory WebUI or Hue WebUI for any failed or completed jobs. An error is reported when attempting to drill down into the task logs.

The JobHistoryServer is not able to access the logs.  Instead errors like the following are raised:

Error getting logs for container_1410537662353_1073_01_000001
