Goal

Customer is planning to implement 12c Unified Auditing for which it's necessary to relink the oracle binaries.
This is a high availability environment for 2 node primary and 2 node physical standby.
 

Unified Auditing is transparent to a standby database so we also need to explain what to expect in a Data Guard environment.
