Symptoms

We get the following error message when add a database to the cluster:
FS-10890:Oracle Services for MSCS failed during the add operation
FS-10818: the Oracle Database resource provider failed during preparation for configuration processing for resource ORCL
FS-10201: Error validating the service user for home OraDB12Home1
0x523: The specified name has an incorrect format for an account name.
