"mammoth -c" Validation Tests Failed With Error "Requested user oracle is not whitelisted and has id 200,which is below the minimum allowed 1000"

Symptoms
NOTE: In the examples that follow, user details, cluster names, hostnames, directory paths, filenames, etc. represent a fictitious sample (and are used to provide an illustrative example only). BDA 4.2 new installation finished successfully, all of the CM services in CM for the new cluster is in good health and bdacheckcluster is also shown as successful. However the "mammoth -c" command partially failed with error on the following tasks:
1. Big Data Appliance Terasort Utility Script version 2.1.0
Running teragen => terasort => teravalidate . 300 map slots, 195 reduce slots
