Access To V$sql_shared_cursor Via Schedule Job Generate A Trace (Doc ID 2026938.1)

Symptoms

Any query against V$SQL_SHARED_CURSOR produces an empty trace file. If V$SQL_SHARED_CURSOR is accessed in a scheduler job, then a j00* trace is generated.
The trace file has just the usual header information but no text beyond that.
