Symptoms
In an Oracle Applications E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2 environment, running utlrp.sql as a post upgrade step for upgrading the database from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2 fails with the following errors:
After manually compiling the object successfully and running utlrp.sql again, the same ORA-600[kqlchg-parent-not-pinned] error occurred for other objects. Repeating the procedure for those, the initial object was again shown.
