ORA 7445 [__intel_ssse3_rep_memcpy] With Cluster Table Creation (Doc ID 2028687.1)

Symptoms

Creating a cluster table fails with an error ORA-3113 on the client and an ORA-7445 error in the alert log like:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [__intel_ssse3_rep_memcpy()+10835] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x9] [PC:0x5AAAD23] [Address not mapped to object] []


The call stack from the trace file includes functions like:
