Symptoms

Running 'alter database convert to physical standby' on a database that has been flashed back will fail with ORA-600 [krhpfh_03-1209].

Changes

The 'flasbhack database to restore point' was issued more than once.  The first attempt was successfull but a second attempt would then fail with:

ORA-38795: warning: FLASHBACK succeeded but OPEN RESETLOGS would get error below
ORA-01190: control file or data file 1 is from before the last RESETLOGS
