Symptoms

ORA-00600 [kwqitnmphe: ltbagi] is reported with the following stack

kwqitnmphe <- kwqmshise2 <- kwqitnmptme <- kwqmstmgr <- kwqitmmit <- kwqitmmsgs

Alternatively an ORA-00600 [kwqdlProcHstEntry:ltbagi] can be reported. 

Possible triggers for this error arising are as follows:

Database upgrade or the restart of an instance. The database could be a RAC or single instance environment.The issues particularly affect RAC environments and in particular the SYS$SERVICE_METRICS_TAB queue table.

The fix for <Bug 14054676> has been applied to the $ORACLE_HOME.

A subscriber on a queue has been recently dropped.
