Native PL/SQL Code Fails with ORA-7445 [PC:0X0] [SIGSEGV] Following an ORA-1403 (Doc ID 2032589.1)

Native PL/SQL Code fails with ORA-7445 [PC:0X0] [SIGSEGV] following an ORA-1403. The correct error is ORA-1403: "no data found".

The alert log may show:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [PSR: (Line 11)()+191] [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x5920137] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []

The ORA-7445 argument depends on the Package names.

For this specific use case scenario, the ORA-7445 was reported with an argument like:

ORA-7445  [PKG_IE_UTIL: (Line 863)()+18928]
