Symptoms

The tablespace  "RA_POOL"  is  full.  The following errors are being reported in alert file of ZDLRA instances :

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job "RASYS"."RA$_SCHED_225183"
ORA-01683: unable to extend index . partition  by  in tablespace
ORA-45199: Error ORA-01683: unable to extend index RASYS.BLOCKS_U partition SYS_P3049 by 4096 in tablespace RA_POOL
 encountered when executing insert into blocks (dbinc_key, df_key, blockno, chunkno, used, coffset, scn, ckp_id) select :dbikey, :dfkey, (:blockno + kxfppftidxrows), :chunkno, 0, :coffset, :scn, :ckpid from sys.rai_source where kxfppftnumrows = (:last - :blockno).
