Symptoms
+ Oracle 12.1.0.2 RDBMS installation performed using 'oracle' OS user and group 'oinstall'
+ Created another OS user for database administration who is member of both 'dba' and 'oinstall' groups. When using this user to connect to RMAN with OS authentication, we get error:
+ Able to connect SQL*PLUS with OS authentication using the same OS user, only RMAN connection fails
